Their customer service is horrible and their food was not good at all.Welcome to the family of restaurants that is in the business to satisfy your hunger. I will never go back there due to the lack of respect toward new customers. When I brought it up to the counter to politely ask if I could switch for another soda and pointed out that the one I have grabbed out the cooler was out of code, she tried to tell me the code was for when I work in retail and know how to read codes and that it was clearly jun 23 2014. When I grabbed a bottle of soda out of the cooler and sat down at my table to wait for our food, I opened my drink to take a sip and it did not taste right only to find the soda was out of code. When i was trying to place my order i asked for my fiance to grab me a pencil to circle my order she rudely said here and slammed one on the counter. When my friend went up to the counter to get a to go tray for my fiances food that was left over, she was sitting at the table behind the counter eating her food while watching tv, then tossed her bowl of food on the table and rolled her eyes because she had to get up from eating and watching tv to give her a to go container. The lady that took our order was very rude, the food was horrible.
I will home cook for the rest of our lives. We will not be ordering take out from the northville ever again. My husband and I know how to cook Asain cuisine and were too tired to cook so we ordered out. We had ordered lo mein for my daughter, she took her plate and dumped it on the floor for the dogs, stating "it taste like poopy ramen noodles." My daughter loves lo mein, our dogs looked at us like what is this. The beef with broccoli, the broccoli is under cooked, the beef over cooked. The dumplings were undercooked and overly greasy, the crab Argonauts (needs to be renamed cheese raging) had no crab meat what so ever, all the other ingredients but crab. I bring back the order and have been sadly disappointed by the food quality.
There is an ATM right next to a counter and a sign on the wall, "CASH ONLY." I went across the street needing to get a few items and got cash back. I placed my order, was unable to be given a time frame for how long it'd take.
I walk d into Dragon City, being the only Chinese restaurant nearby, easy to locate store, friendly people.
